Enhanced image
Description
A small figure with curly hair holds a shield before its body. It is set against a vertical timber, with carved openwork extending along the rail on either side.
Heraldry
No charge or colour can be identified on the shield. A blazon is not possible.
Condition
The figure is worn, and the original photograph does not clearly resolve its finer features. The enhanced image makes the face, hands and shield easier to distinguish, but their apparent detail should be checked against the original.
